Rubbish , still not working !!

My son required a tool but does not have an account, so he was told he could put it on my account obviously with my approval and that he could pay for it himself when he returned it but when he did they wouldn’t let him pay and left it on my account which I did not want.We won’t hire from TP again

App is good in theory but the prices are not right. Too expensive in general

Ordered some materials on line, says 3-5 days delivery. When it all went through The payment it then said over 3 weeks for delivery! Trying to contact customer service is impossible and they are not very responsive on line neither. Another company that has not clicked on to customer service.

Served quickly, prices were good and staff are all very polite, friendly and helpful.Will definitely use them more in the future.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Phoned up to place a large order and James Wilson was so helpful and patient with me on the phone. Got all products on order for me very quickly and efficiently and assured me the delivery would arrive in my timescales. A few days later, they were delivered by himself, placed carefully into our garage and he even went back to the branch to get some additional plasterboard the next day and delivered it himself. Made a seemingly stressful project so much easier, thank you!

Great People.Sutton Road branch gets my business because Simon (driver) can access my site, and nothing is too much trouble. Jamie in the office is great, always quick to respond, and very helpful. Between the two of them the service is great.

I hired a power tamper machine from Ferndown near Bournemouth I wanted it for one dayOriginally it was meant for Monday, booked the Thursday before but the client changed the date and I wanted it the next Wednesday as I wasn’t convinced it could be delivered before 9am I collected it myself on the Tuesday afternoon I had it for one day When I brought it back I was charged 2 days for itI was given the invoice £168 was deducted from my £200 depositThe hire chap said nothing about money difference and was waiting for me to go out with no mention of the overcharge It was only when I asked about the quoted £83 as opposed to the £168 on the invoice did he mention rectifying this extra costI received £71 cheque this morningDo the mathStill not fully reimbursed but I’m more disappointed someone trying to rip me off I’ve been building for over 40 years and I know when someone is taking the mickOr trying at least Especially when behind his desk is loads of news paper cuttings, stories about what a good bloke he is blah blahObviously a legend in his own lunch breakJust causes bad feelings and confirms that large companies don’t give a toss about sole traders and small business ownersProve me wrongCheersDermot
